Cancellation & Refund |

If the bookings are of confirmed nature, then cancellation requests on the part of the customers need to be e-mailed. |
- 10% - of published tariff, if cancelled two or more than two weeks before check in date/time. (exclusive of check-in date)
- 50% - of published tariff, if cancelled between 48hours to two weeks before check in date/time. (exclusive of check-in date)
- No - refund if cancelled less than 48hours before check in date/time.(exclusive of check-in date).
- Token amount is not refundable.
- Refund will be done to the payee account only.
- Refund duration: 3-4 working days.
- No refund will be eligible in case of no show where the participant arrives late or does not turn up in booking time.
